Stephen F. Austin University is proud to host the 2024 Texas University Network for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (TUNIE) Conference at the historical Texas city of Nacogdoches. The TUNIE Annual Meeting is the primary gathering of Texas university entrepreneurship center directors, faculty, and leaders focused on sharing best practices in entrepreneurship education, innovation, acceleration and incubation.

On Thursday, May 30th we will begin with the annual highlights and best practices round table from participating institutions around Academics, Outreach, Commercialization, and Competitions – followed by dinner at an offsite location (details coming soon).

On Friday, May 31st, conference attendees will gather for breakfast, lunch, TUNIE’s Business meeting, and a variety of sessions including a keynote, panel, and breakout workshops. More information on topics and speakers coming soon.

Conference Hotel and Travel Information

Hotel
There are room blocks at the Historic Fredonia Hotel and Conference Center, 200 North Fredonia Street, Nacogdoches, TX 7596.

Travel
The Conference will take place at the Stephen F. Austin, Rusche College of Business, 1908 Raguet St, Nacogdoches, TX 75965.

If you are traveling by plane the closest airports are George Bush Intercontinental Airport (2 hrs. away) and East Texas Regional Airport in Longview (1 hr. away). If you are interested in flying into Houston and having shuttle to Nacogdoches you can indicate that on the registration form and we will reach out to you directly to make arrangements. (Please wait to book your flights until we can reach out to you about the shuttle details).
